1. Sales are Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We specialize in liquidation pallets, which are sold as-is. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds except in cases of damage that occurred during shipping.

2. Shipping Damage

In the rare event that your pallet or truckload is damaged during transit, we require you to report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Please provide the following documentation to ensure we can process your claim:

  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging.

  • A brief description of the damage.

  • Any other relevant information about the shipment.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the matter and provide a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or a partial refund depending on the severity of the damage.

3. No Returns

Since we specialize in liquidation pallets, we do not accept returns. We encourage customers to thoroughly review product listings and contact us if they have any questions or concerns before making a purchase.

4. Order Modifications or Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately to ensure swift shipping. As a result, we are unable to modify or cancel an order once it has been confirmed and shipped.

5. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only eligible in the case of damage during shipping, and must be requested within 48 hours of delivery. We reserve the right to evaluate each claim and determine the appropriate resolution. In certain cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund.

6. Shipping Costs

All shipping costs, including returns (where applicable), are the responsibility of the customer, except where a product is damaged during shipping. If the product is damaged, we will assist with the claims process and may provide a refund or replacement.
